1. ONLINE TRANSACTION BOOKING FEES

For most airfares purchased online through Wenufly.com, a recommended booking service fee is applied, which is approximately $28 per person for all passenger types, including domestic and international travel. This fee is subject to change without notice and may vary. The final total price displayed on the website includes all applicable fees and discounts. You have the right to decline the purchase if the total amount is unacceptable.

Billing: Your credit card may be billed in multiple charges as long as the total amount does not exceed the final price displayed. All transaction service fees are 100% non-refundable.

Service Fees: No specific representations are made regarding the service fees charged, and they are solely for site usage and booking creation. Service fees for booking through our call center may differ and could be higher. All service fees are subject to change, and the most up-to-date fees may not be reflected on the website.

2. CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

Changes made to itineraries are subject to airline fare rules or other relevant regulations, whichever is more restrictive. Many of our tickets, hotels, packages, and cruises do not permit date or name changes after booking completion. Wenufly does not guarantee, and shall not be held responsible for, any bookings or reservations made if the original itinerary is changed either at the customer’s request or due to supplier schedule changes.

Exchange Fees: For itineraries allowing changes, an exchange or change fee is imposed by Wenufly, along with any applicable airline penalties and fare differences. Please contact our call center to determine the total cost of exchanging your ticket. These fees are subject to change without notice, and the latest updated fees will be provided by our agents during the call.

3. CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

Most of our airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In cases where cancellations are permitted by the airline, a credit may be issued, which can be used for future ticket purchases on the same airline, subject to applicable penalties and fare differences. The credit issued by the airline may have time constraints and a specific expiration date, which should be discussed with a customer service agent. Cancellations, if permitted, must be made before the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by calling our customer service center.

We do not guarantee any cancellation, and a cancellation fee, as specified by the agent, must be paid to us at the time of cancellation, which we retain. The credit will be held for a limited time period; please inquire with the customer service agent for the specific expiration date. When booking a new ticket, you will need to pay any fare difference, applicable airline penalties for that fare, and Wenufly exchange fees.

All such changes are subject to the rules and regulations of the airlines and are beyond our control. Wenufly does not make any representations or guarantees regarding changes or fees. Note: Some ticket refunds are also subject to the policies (Fare Rules) of the airlines applicable at the time of booking.

4. MULTIPLE AIRLINE ITINERARIES

If your itinerary includes multiple airlines, two separate fare rules may apply, and different rules and policies (e.g., baggage fees, change fees, and refunds) may apply for each direction or airline. For changes, refunds, and exchanges, each airline may charge separately. In the event of schedule changes or cancellations, if your initial flight is canceled or rescheduled by you or the airline, the other airline(s) with which you booked your return flight is not obligated to issue a refund or modify your itinerary.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of each airline, which may differ (e.g., check-in times and baggage limits). We recommend printing your e-ticket confirmation for all flights before traveling, as you may be asked to provide proof of your return ticket during check-in.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Most of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made via phone. We can process refund requests only if the following conditions are met:

A cancellation and refund request has been submitted to us and is allowed by the fare rules.

You are not a “no-show” (most “no-show” bookings are ineligible for waivers from suppliers for refund processing).

We have secured waivers from suppliers to process the requested cancellation and refund.

We cannot provide a specific timeline for processing refund requests, as they are processed sequentially. After you submit your cancellation request to our customer service agent, you will receive an email acknowledgment of your request, which provides you with a tracking number. Please note that this acknowledgment does not automatically qualify you for a refund; it serves as confirmation of your request and assigns you a tracking number.

Upon receiving your request, we will work with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car-rental companies to generate a waiver based on their rules and notify you of their decision. Our service fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are non-refundable. The entire refund process may take 4 to 6 weeks from the time we receive your request to when the credit appears on your credit card statement. In addition to the airlines’ and other suppliers’ refund penalties, Wenufly charges a fee for processing cancellations, typically ranging from $50 to $300. All refund fees are assessed on a per-ticket, per-person basis and are only charged if a refund is authorized by the supplier or if we receive a waiver, and when airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. If the supplier does not process such a refund, we will refund the fees we charged you for refund processing but not the previously charged service fees for the original travel reservation or booking.
